Morning photography takes place in the World Heritage sites of Dadan & Jabal Ikmah, where we will see incredible rock-carved tombs, ancient inscriptions and a live archaeological site.
In the afternoon we head to Maraya, the world’s largest mirrored building, to capture unique reflections of the mountains and sky.
From there we move to Shalal Canyons, via acacia trees and camels, for late afternoon sunbeams breaking through mountains. Lastly we continue onwards to the stunning rock monolith of Rainbow Arch just outside AlUla for night-time astrophotography in serene surrounds.
Day 4: Elephant & Jar Rock, Wadi AlFann & Hegra
We spend blue hour and sunrise shooting unique angles of Elephant & Jar Rock before driving through the skyscraper-sized vertical mountains and long sand valleys of Wadi Al Fann.
In the afternoon we have one of the highlights of the tour: a Vintage Land Rover tour through Hegra with a golden hour shoot at the famous Qasr al-Farid (Lonely Tomb).
Day 5: Harrat, Elephant Rock & Al-Gharameel
In the early morning we head back to the volcanic Harrat, this time to shoot the rising sun lighting up the pinnacles below, followed by rest and an editing session.
