Undoubtedly one of the best experiences of my life was photographing the gorillas of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda. As the name suggests it wasn't an easy job to find them, with up to 7 hours hiking through sharp jungle some days, but seeing them in their natural habit was an incredible reward. Incidentally the lions just below them in the portfolio live in Queen Elizabeth National Park which is only around 100km from Bwindi and are the only ones in the world who actually spend time living in trees.
